Health Plans are at the forefront of value-based care arrangements and delivery innovations, relying on sophisticated data analytics and population health interventions to improve beneficiary health outcomes in lower clinical-level settings.
We work with nonprofit or provider-led health plans that provide coverage in public insurance programs such as Medicaid. As state agencies and CMS demand more from health plans in population health management, advanced payment models, health equity, and data sharing, we support health plans in understanding these new requirements, evaluating current operations, and identifying pathways to meeting these new expectations.
“Atrómitos’ knowledge and understanding of the local Medicaid environment, coupled with their national expertise in policy and payment reform, was the perfect match for ensuring that the tool we worked together to create acknowledged the nuances of North Carolina’s programs but also incorporated [Atrómitos’] knowledge of best practices, key concepts and operational capacities required for Medicaid contracting and payment reform.”
