All of us at Atrómitos are against not just individual acts of hate — like the murder of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and so many others — but the systems of oppression and inequity that allow them to continue. We believe in dignity and equality for all citizens, neighbors, and families who have historically been denied parity of experience, opportunity, and life.

We pledge to continuously challenge ourselves to seek out our own biases as we work with and advise your organizations and to push for inclusion and equity in the workplace and society at large.

We are taking these stands and other active steps to ensure our values infuse everything we do in service of you and our communities.

From this moment of immense tragedy and unrest, Atrómitos is dedicated to working towards a society that provides equality and justice for all.

Stay safe and be well,
