With nearly 20 years of experience, Kat F-M Latet brings a wealth of expertise in health and social policy, program design and implementation. Her experience spans federal, state and local initiatives supporting whole person, integrated care models, innovative financing and value-based payment approaches, development of cross-sector collaboration and partnership, coalition building and working at the intersection of health and other systems.

She has a robust and diverse background with extensive experience leading initiatives to advance health equity, address the social drivers of health and health related social needs, centering the voices of people with lived expertise and other public policy reform. Kat has served in various leadership positions in policy and program development at Community Health Plan of Washington, a Washington-based, community, not-for-profit health plan governed by Community Health Centers, Washington State Health Care Authority, and Oregon Primary Care Association. She also has worked on advocacy and political campaigns.

She most recently was with the national consulting firm Milliman, supporting states across the county navigate health reform initiatives, such as Section 1115 waivers with a focus on HRSN and reentry, crisis system and behavioral health redesign, and health equity initiatives.
