About Us
Our Beginning
In 2016, Michealle Gady, JD, founded Atrómitos, LLC to balance the responsibilities of parenthood with a meaningful career dedicated to improving the human condition, uplifting individuals and their communities, and enhancing overall well-being.
After decades of experience in health law and policy across both government and corporate sectors, Michealle envisioned a consulting firm built on the core principles of authentic collaboration and seamless integration of traditional silos. This framework empowers team members and client partners to trust their insights and boldly challenge the status quo, driving the development of inventive solutions to problems, both big and small.
Our name, Atrómitos, means “fearless” in Greek, embodying the spirit of our Founder, President & CEO, and reflecting what we do: providing wise guidance and strategic support that inspire our partners to step out of their comfort zones and exceed their goals.
We are a fully virtual, woman-owned boutique consulting firm certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Our clients gain unparalleled access to senior-level, cross-disciplinary experts who understand the complexities of the constantly evolving health and human services landscape.
